The following areas are ones in which we are able to assist mission workers.   Please note that wherever possible we would like to provide these services in conjunction with home churches and sending organisations.

Pastoral Support
Helping overworked mission workers cope with issues, solve problems and resolve conflict. Discussing points of conflict and helping to identify solutions.

Debriefing

Returning from a gruelling term overseas, only to find that friends, church and society have changed beyond recognition can be disorientating and stressful.  A complete debrief can help with the transition and alleviate the effects of reverse culture shock

Logistics
Practical issues like posting newsletters, managing finances, arranging transport and provision of specialist advice.

Member Care
Ensuring that people working in tough situations receive adequate spiritual and emotional care.

Mission Kids
Helping kids involved in the mission field deal with the challenges of their situation and realise the wonderful opportunities their lifestyle brings them.

Publicity
Production of high-quality photography, publications and videos.

Staffing
Visits to fill short-term vacancies, help in planning summer teams and locating longer-term workers. We also provide help training team leaders and will act as leaders for churches which have leaderless teams.

Training
Pre-departure preparation, cultural awareness training, advice, ongoing support and post-mission debriefing.
